My Story
Most people start their story with “I chose this journey”, but truthfully... this journey chose me. I had been quietly looking for a way to earn some extra money for my growing family a few months after my son was born, but was struggling with the fact that it meant I would have to be away from him even more. I was already leaving him to go to a 40 hour per week job. I was SO torn. Wrestling with myself, I felt like I was banging my head against the wall - “What can I possibly do that will successfully bring in income, but NOT require me to spend MORE time away from my sweet son?!” Then it happened. My friend asked me to host a party. It snowballed from there. Now here we are, 7 years later. Pregnant with my second son, my husband recently joined the Navy & is stationed in Virginia… this “job” still works! I can do it here. I can do it in Virginia. I can do it wherever we have to go. & it continues to support us & our children! The flexibility of this opportunity is HUGE for a family like ours!
