My Story
Most people start their story with “I chose this journey”, but truthfully... this journey chose me. I had been quietly looking for a way to earn some extra money for my growing family a few months after my son was born, but was struggling with the fact that it meant I would have to be away from him even more. I was already leaving him to go to a 40 hour per week job. I was SO torn. Wrestling with myself, I felt like I was banging my head against the wall - “What can I possibly do that will successfully bring in income, but NOT require me to spend MORE time away from my sweet son?!” Then it happened. My friend asked me to host a party. It snowballed from there. I hosted the party. At the end, she asked me to join. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. I had every excuse in the book. “I’m too busy, I have a baby at home, I have a full time job, maybe I won’t be good at it, I don’t know enough people...”. In reality - it was everything I had been praying for all along. So I did it. I took that leap of faith. I dove right in & got to work. Here I am. Almost three years later - with a growing team of my own, I’ve promoted to the third highest title in the company & still going strong! This journey found me & I’m so glad I jumped on board!
